A curriculum for Life

The ‘Lifeskills’ course on offer at Scissett Middle School covers the three main strands-health and wellbeing, relationships and living in the wider world alongside economic wellbeing, careers and enterprise education, as well as education for personal safety, including assessing and managing both negative and positive risk.

This is based on guidance from the PSHCE Association and the DfE statutory guidance on relationships education, RSE and health education.
